Hi Guys, I've had the clutch out several times and replace the main torque spring, that time I borrowed the socket from a local garage, I want to buy one but don't know the MM size? I have the MC-54-250B roketa scooter.

You mean the big nut on the clutch bell? If you search for my posts from last spring you'll find one thread where I was hassling around with a not-up-to-the-job impact wrench, and not having the right socket, etc., etc. Best of my recollection it turned out to be an 18mm, but check those threads to be sure. I'm not in Tucson right now or I'd just go out and measure it.

No not the clutch bell, the nut after you take off the bell that holds the main turque spring in the clutch

All you need to get that nut off is a large adjustable (crescent) wrench. Hold the wrench tight against the clutch and bang the wrench handle on the floor, It will come right off. There is a video showing that technique. Sky

I have a impack wrench and use it when working on the CVT area, I have passed experience to know better, thanks anyway, I'm think its a 38 to 48mm socket. I'll do some more research, just can't remember what it was

Richard, are u talking about the bell or the large clutch nut. The bell takes a 17mm and for the large nut, after u slide clutch off shaft, just use a large cresent wrench, hold everything in your hands tight and hit wrench handle on floor. works great. count the number times u hit loosening and repeat when u put it back together.
