yesterday the exhaust nuts vibrate it off or the second 1 I assume the first 1 was already gone. Anyways I was going to go to Home Depot in just buy some nuts there but I see online they look like they are a special type how important is this? Can I just put some nuts on there to hold it for a few days until the special ones get here if I do order them online? I can't ride like this obviously lol my neighbors are probably already getting there sniper rifles out. Just kidding but it does sound like a helicopter

You do not need special nuts if you do not want to. Get lock washers and a nut and if the stud is long enough you can put on TWO nuts. Also what causes some of them to have the actual STUDS come out is how the muffler is mounted. IF YOU HAD OR HAVE to put pressure on the MUFFLER TO ALIGN it to the mount that will cause outward pressure on the FLANGE, STUD AND NUTS and will eventually pull out the STUDS right out of the HEAD. WHAT!!! Is there a little bit of the bolt sticking out? If so get Vise grips and clamp on it and unscrew it out. If it broke inside the hole or even with the hole then you will have to use a BACK OUT DRILL BIT to unscrew it out and the motor has to be STONE COLD.
When tightening up the nuts on the Flange you do not put a lot of pressure on them they are made to break so you do not ruin the Head because it is aluminum. Just Nice and Snug. Alleyoop

BUMMER! But look and see if a little of the stud is sticking out if you can grab it with a vise grip you may luck out and unscrew the broken bolt. If not it is BACKOUT DRIL TIME. Alleyoop

NO COLD MOTOR if you heat it up or warm up the motor the ALIUMINUM will EXPAND making it harder to unsrew. Alleyoop

I think loctite there will just burn out. If you use some, look for a high heat rated one.
