Awesome find. They should publish the reserve if they set one! Does bill of sale included tend to mean it doesn't come with a title?

Don't think they titled them back then but you just don't see things much anymore like this one. 47 model, was 1 year old when she was built.

I wonder if Givi makes a windscreen for it. ;D
Long time since I've seen a bike with a gas and brake pedal. It kind of looks like that electric grocery cart you see at the store.
Either way, I don't have the money for it.

I posted yesterday but must have forgotten to save.
Back in 1950 a class mate of mine in high school drove one just like the one on sale. Loud orange color too. He traded in his Cushman and got his Salsbury.
At that time I was riding a Whizzer driven bike. And I sure was jealous of him and his scoot. .

There was a guy in one of the cross country scooter races last year who won or came in right up there with a Salsbury - except that he put a ninja 250 engine in it! Here is a link to a website where some people turned a Reflex into a streamlined scooter. Real artistry there. modernvespa.com/forum/topic7349.html

I had a Velo Solex and a Whizzer back in those days. Always wanted a Cushman or a Cushman Eagle. Never cared much for the streamlined look of the Salsbury.1947--- I was 11 years old that year.
