All opinions here duly noted and very respected and no doubt this is one of those subjects that can get very touchy very quick but I also like tolerence as long as things like mentioned are on a adult basis.
Myself I think we here can prove to others that we can do just that. This so far is on a basis of how we see politicians and also in a humorous way answering the original posters question and as long as it stays that way then all is well. If not yes it'll be locked and we'll move on but I hate censorship.
We all know here the system we have with the good and bad and as long as the subject stays on that line it's great but we'll not be children like was mentioned that others are elsewhere.
Let's prove to others that we can not let this turn into the bad subject that it is most of the time.

Oops sorry I suppose madcollie is right in that somewhere I did read that no politics and religion should be discussed on the forum as it is purely for scooter matters. My intention was simply that the reader test his/her political sentiments privately by taking the quiz. The intention was certainly not to unchain a political discussion so if I in the process stepped on some toes, please accept my apologies. I declare this topic closed.

I'm a Republicrat. I've got to be honest here folks. The way the fanatics are pushing their agendas scares me. A long time ago, I (and a lot of other folks) swore to "Protect and defend the Constitution" "against all enemies, foreign and domestic". Where do all these superpacs and multi-million dollar donors fit in?

I'm a registered Republican but what worries me about all this is the lack of knowledge people portray. I've taken enough economic courses to know that you couldn't straighten out the mess Bush left in just 4 years. Even Roosevelt needed almost 10 years and a World War to get the economy going again. Hoover was the fall guy for the Depression but it was Cooledge who avoided dealing with the excesses of Wall Street before him that started the boulder rolling.
I won't go into Congressional Republicans who were hell bent on fighting this President to make him fail instead of putting the American public first. Those guys should be shot.
Want to see the real story of Romney/Ryan? Watch Jon Stewart's Daily Show on Comedy Central. He blows the lid off the Republican Platform.
Just like the former President from Arkansas did at the Democratic convention. "Arithmetic". What a great line
