Hi guys, I have an issue with the RPM gauge on my Linhai 250. The RPM gauge doesn't read correctly. It is very slow to go up and only goes to around 3k and I can hear that I should be higher when I floor it.
Where does the RPM gauge connect to so that I can make sure that's connected correctly?
Thank you all.

Runs off of the CDI and moisture can make it be very unresponsive also.
Also surely this is a misprint?
Sliders-Now running. Blend of 4.5 & 10.5s
Did you mean 14.5 & 10.5's? With your mentioned combination the RPM's would go through the roof!

Hi is the CDI the same thing as the rectifier? I have a spare one of those. (6 wires 3 yellow in one plug and blk,red,grn in the other). No its not a miss print I had 4.5 (4 of them) in there but they kept coming unseated so now I have the 10.5s and 14.0s in there.

No CDI is for the firing system and supplies volage to the coil. The Rectifier (regulator/rectifier) has the 6 wires you mentioned and if for charging the battery.
Can you tell me where you found 20 X 12 X 4.5 sliders? 7gram is the lightest I've ever seen. Your mix adds up to a balance of 12.250 each, why not just buy 12 gram ones instead? I run the 12g ones on my linhais because I run in the hills.

Thank you Richardthescoter3, that helps for what I am looking for. I think this piece may have cost me my first set of H4s that I installed.

Thank you Richardthescoter3, that helps for what I am looking for. I think this piece may have cost me my first set of H4s that I installed. Again Robert if you are refering to the CDI that Richard posted a picture of it has absolutely nothing to do with the lights. Nothing to do with the charging system, it's only function is to step up the voltage for the coil so the spark plug will fire. Here is the regulator with the blocking diode on a YY250T and this is the same set up for it's sister scooter with the linhai. The CDI is the black box right under the diode. JR

Hi JR, thank you very much for being patient and trying to help me out here.
I will certainly post a pic of my 250B hopefully later tonight. I still have packets the sliders came in so I'll check the sizes. But the 10.5s fit fine. The 4.5s did not and they are out of the variator.
Just to recap I'm trying to resolve the lights fluctuating it does it idle when it's sitting in the garage.

Sorry I missed including the second issue I would like to fix which is the RPM gauge not going beyond 3500.

I'm not a video man Robert most people go sign up for a free youtube account. Robert I'm very confused? You say you have a VOG and now a 250B? Both have lihais but are different scooters so here is a video of each;
Know widehide and the silver scooter is the 250B.

Thanks for the vids man! So how's the BMS TBX 260 / VOG 260 do against the roketta 250B both speed, torque, and mpg wise?
