First let me give you an update. Have some issues with shutting off as soon as scoot would get hot enough to kick fan on, so here is what I replace CDI, Ignition Coil, New Spark Plug, New Fuel Filter, Cleaned Air Filter my scooter is finially running good and not shutting off when hot ;D but here is what it is doing now. It idles great until its warmed up, then it starts like jerking or like its missing only at stops, but not stalling. What do you think? I thought I was running too rich and turned a/f 1/2 turn in, but it didn't fix idle. Attachments:

I would keep the a/f screw out 2 1/2 times, but you have me thinking about the valves. How many miles on it and have you ever adjusted the valves?

Yes, that is also my thoughts that the valves are a little tight and the fuel/Air and exhaust or causeing it not to run smooth and freely. Alleyoop

what's your idle RPM? I previously had mine set LOW - which does sometimes made it feel like it's missing. If your warm-speed idle is below 1k, you might want to try bumping it up a bit.

250s like to idle around 1800-2000 rpms low idles they will skip a beat. Alleyoop

My scoot does the opposite of yours, Richard. Idles smoothly at about 2000 rpm when warmed up and runs pretty lumpy and rough below 1400 rpm while getting warmed. Runs sort of like a one cylinder Harley until it's warmed up.

Last valves adjustment was maybe 2-3,000 miles ago Here is a pic of my spark plug. (rpm's are set at 1900. Attachments:

How does your spark look? I has to be blue. My engine ran great in the garage with the white, orange spark but seemed just like yours on the street. Had some bad wireing connectors.
I went through replacing all that stuff too. Now I got spares.
