so mine were as I posted earlier 3.3, 3.2, 2.5 very low to what your suggesting. So this problem sound like the "new " stator/flywheel ?? or is it with the pulser?

Emits not the pulser. Did u start with a 6 or 8 pole stator? Then upgrade to 11 ?

I started with a 8 pole before switching to the 11 pole. but......it was not charging either and was told my system was weak to start with. So..... it sounds as if I have a bad stator thats not putting out what it is suppose to?

I have done this upgrade and sell all the parts to do it . I have the scooter I did this mod to , I will have to do a couple of electrical readings . Just hang in there I should be able to take some readings over the weekend . Did you you change the flywheel yes or no ? The stator is the coils with the wires , the flywheel is the drum that fits over the stator .

Yeah I know which is which...And I did change the flywheel. Something I was thinking about today though was the difference between the flywheels.When I looked them over there really was'nt . Is there maybe a problem with a flywheel? it just seems to simple to have this kind of trouble. But I guess if I don't have the correct voltage at the stator at least I 'm getting somewhere.
Thanks for the help here , I really appreciate the thoughts and time spent to work this out

What kind of lighting do you have on this scooter , any extra electrical items on it ?

I have the stock headlights (ruckus) stock tail light and blinkers. The only acc I want to run is a gps for use as speedo

ohms 1.3-1.5 yellow to green about 15vac yellow to yellow 20-25vac yellow to yellow reved up 40-60vac all readings taken with stator unpluged 3 yellows and green , everything else was pluged in . It looks to me based on the readings you made versus mine your stator is defective . I have the stator ready to ship I would have a regulator on handif I were you PM me for a price . I recieved the new stator today ( thanks John) so I went out to the shop tonight and installed it....took a few readings....at the batt while running at idle 12.6v rev'd it climbed to 12.9v... took readings at the stator 3 yellows/green unpluged 5.1,5.2,2.6acv not really any differnt then before. this is really frustrating

Started with 6 or 8 poll stator ,now 11poll stator with original magneto/flywheel. Where I get parts they list 6 8 11 magnet flywheel/magneto with 3 different part numbers

I started with a 8 pole system that was not working and went to the 11 pole swap. I replaced the stator/flywheel/7 wire r/r as it turned out the stator tested "bad" and I replaced with yours. Now the tests are improved but not there yet... I plulled the new flywheel off after reading up on them and I have 8 magnets  from what I have learned I thought that I should have 11? John I have pm you also...... |

Also my testing has 20-25 acv between yellow stator leads (unplugged) from harness @ idle
and 7acv, 7acv, 15acv with harness plugged in @idle and using green to yellow... this is wrong from what I have been told I thought it was 15acv, 15acv, 7acv
