Hi Kids, I need new rollers, sliders or pad's what ever their called now days.for my Johway 250bike. I have the older 72mm Honda Helix clone engine, not the Yamaha clone used today. Should I go with standard rollers..? or an upgrade and please explain why. ( and where can I get them..?)

When engine warm's up CVT becomes very jumpy taking off from dead stop. Clutch seems to wait for too high rpm's before engaging. Belt is good and tight.

My YY250T lost all dash lights. I changed to LED a month ago and worked fine for a while then started going off after a few minutes riding now , nothing. Is there a fuse or a main plug I should be looking for..? thanks barry

Thanks, I know you installed then on your trunk. I want them for my brake's but unlike your trunk I have "two brake light bulbs" as on your trike and each with it's own hot and ground. How would I install this or is a different model a better fit..? thanks barry

HI Kids, Still trying to make my front turn signals use LED's, nothing yet. Just like's it's regular bulbs I guess. But I was wondering how many of you backyard techs out there has every looked at your own YY250T flasher unit. They all should be the same. I had a 2008 Roketa and now a 2011 Jonway and there both YY250T. The YY250T are sold under many brands and mostly made the same way at the same place at the same time. So sending me pictures of square or round flashers with flat bottom's and 3 prongs to plug in somewhere. What is this..? Is this what came with your YY250T..? I don't get it. All I originally asked was how to make LED's work in the front turn signals.

Howdy, Damn, I'm just full of questions. Where is the RED dash light on my Johnway YY250T..? I removed the front cowling, the windshield and the black cover over the dash instruments. I found two T-10 lights on both ends of the backside of the dash. I changed those to Green and Amber but the RED is still there. Where did I go wrong (again)..?

Ahh, For the front turn signals the green ( ground ) wire is tucked down the outer side of the outer side of the socket and the blue (hot) goes through the bottom in the middle of the socket to the contact point. Crimp the hot wire. let the spring return to the top and boom a working front turn signal....except for LED's. The back turn lights can run either with no problem. regular bulbs or LED's. 2 wires. hot and ground. Works with filament bulbs, won't work with LED's. I don't think polarity is a problem here. So let's recap, amber LED's I ordered have odd placed pins that don't line up with cut outs on the front turn sockets. When pushed hard enough to make contact, nothing happens but filament bulbs work fine. Have gone back to my old factory bulbs....screw it.
