I recieved the new stator today ( thanks John) so I went out to the shop tonight and installed it....took a few readings....at the batt while running at idle 12.6v rev'd it climbed to 12.9v... took readings at the stator 3 yellows/green unpluged 5.1,5.2,2.6acv not really any differnt then before. this is really frustrating

Yeah I know which is which...And I did change the flywheel. Something I was thinking about today though was the difference between the flywheels. When I looked them over there really was'nt . Is there maybe a problem with a flywheel? it just seems to simple to have this kind of trouble. But I guess if I don't have the correct voltage at the stator at least I 'm getting somewhere.
Thanks for the help here , I really appreciate the thoughts and time spent to work this out

I started with a 8 pole before switching to the 11 pole. but......it was not charging either and was told my system was weak to start with. So..... it sounds as if I have a bad stator thats not putting out what it is suppose to?

so mine were as I posted earlier 3.3, 3.2, 2.5 very low to what your suggesting. So this problem sound like the "new " stator/flywheel ?? or is it with the pulser?

I did the test again and with the stator unpluged from the scooter wiring I tested just between the yellows...at a rev'd rpm I can reach like 15.2 from 2 wires and high 13 from the third
my meter was on 200ac scale

Ok just came back from the shop and did these tests.... with the yellow wire plug from r/r "unplugged" I had these readings at idle ac volts 2.1 3.1 3.8 this was ground to yellow on each
Then I did the black wire test... black wire from r/r unplugged from ign switched power 12.87v dc at battery.... idle when I touched black wire to ground the voltage did not change .....wait a min...I believe I still had yellow wires disconnected....Let me try that again in the morning sorry

When I ohm checked the "unplugged stator today the meter on 200 setting I had this
1.0 .8 .8 This was measured between the yellows

the acv are 3.6..3.6..4.3 with harness plugged in. The diagram is correct to what I have done. I had a problem with no charging before this swap and still have the problem with all the new parts.... The relay will not stay "locked" because the voltage is weak on my white wire. I disconnected the lights, choke, to just work on charging issue. Maybe explain this black wire test again...remove it from the R/R ..connect meter to battery....start the bike and momntary contact the wire to ground? and watch the voltage?? also I added 2 yellow wires to my harness (16ga) and used the third yellow in the harness.I also ran a green direct from r/r to stator. I have checked this and it is at ground
