JR my tire inflator requires 15 amps. So if I can't get a socket that is 15 amps, do you know where I can get a tire inflator that only needs 12 amps?

Does anyone know where I can get a 12 volt socket with the wiring that attaches to the battery? Radio shack has one but it is only a 8 amp (has an 8 amp fuse) and I need one that will do 15 amps (my tire inflater is 15 amps. I have searched with the search engines and I can't find one. I can find 12 amp socket (cigarette lighters )that are 15 amps for cars but there are no wire attached.

Just so everybody knows- I am not against anyone entering this country as long as they become US Citizens legally after they enter. Or they follow proper proceedures for entering.
Did not mean to turn this into a contraversial thread so I clarified my statement, because looking back on it, it could have been misunderstood.
Now lets get this back to a joke thread. Post please!!!!

we have had cold weather and rain for the last 5 days. No bike riding. I go out and start Fred up everyday and give him a 5 to 10 minute warm up just letting the engine run. This is the best way. If I let Fred sit for more than 1 day, he is difficult to start up. Could it be that Fred gets angry when I don't give him daily attention? Oh, I must have bought a jealous, childish scooter! I have not winterized Fred yet because I am hoping for some good weather. Today at 9 am, the sun is finally shining. But it is only 32 degrees now. Ugh. I hate winter.

I'm glad I went and read the joke thread. I thought you were talking about me. Hey - along those lines, I saw on the news last night that George Bush the 1st considered Clint Eastwood for his VP running mate. Did you see last nights news about the protesters in NYC. They showed "Motorcycle cops" who were actually riding scooters. As a teenager, and in my 20's and 30's and even now (if you don't know what decade I am in, well, its not really pertinent lol), I always thought Clint Eastwood was the sexiest, best looking man around. (He is too old now though, but still a good looking older man). If Bush would have named him as his VP, I would have wanted to vote 10 times! Well, a scooter with a powerful engine is much easier to drive. It makes sense to me. I really think the new, more powerful, tricked out as cruiser bike scooters will be more popular than motorcycles some day. Yes there will always be people who prefer the clutch, but like the evolution of the auto, where most people prefer automatic over manual, the bike will go the same way in time. BTW ccprof, if you decide to run, I will vote for you!

First, you must read the "Warning joke thread" about jokes and read the last blurb submitted by JR about Larry. Then vote! (BTW, this thread is a joke! so go ahead and play!)

Batteries

Thanks cuiser. So I guess I have to do 2 things. I need to change out my 9 amp 12volt plug. I need to find one that either doesn't have a fuse, or has a fuse with a higher amp rating. 2nd, since my battery is working, I will finish the year with it. Next year I will upgrade to a higher volt battery.

Batteries

So how high can you go voltage wise? I installed a , mind blank can't thnk) you know,, it looks like the cigarette lighter) to run my GPS and to use my tire inflator. It has a 9 volt fuse on it. I did a good job and it looks great. It works great to for my GPS. But my tire inflator requires 15 volts so my tire inflator won't work with it. 2 questions here: 1st can I change out the fuse on my what ya ma call it power plug from 9 volt to 15? And should I get a battery with more voltage (mine is 9 volt currently)?
