Chances are she was at the cometary because she does have respect.you don't end up at Arlington as you take the shortcut to the mall. How many times have people taken pictures of themselves doing what a sign says not to? I'm sure she was disrespecting the sign and not the soldier, and her only real problem was poor judgement and Facebook. Now she is jobless in a bad economy and had her picture and name spread all over the Internet and been vilified in the press. Way overkill, and irresponsible IMHO. I'm sure her family and children are suffering for it as well. Dumb A's should be punished by the people close to them not the national media or judgemental strangers.

Remember Lum And Abners radio show? When milk was delivered? No A/C? When you could safely swim in local lakes?

I need grass clippings.my old house was on a 1/4 acre.all grass all irrigated. Between that and the neighbors sycamore tree I had all the compost I could use just with a cold pile in the corner. Now I have 5 acres of trees. No grass no irrigation. No greens to heat up my pile. Even with a tumbler I can't make near enough.also there are no earthworms here, AND my wife objects to plans involving truckloads of manure or the animals that produce it.its a gardening nightmare. I never thought a 30 mile move would change things so much.oh yeah, I had a 'can o worms' composer for awhile as well.fun project for the kids.

Ok, I'm jealous. One thing about Florida is alot of my favorite fruits don't grow well here. I do have all the citrus and persimmons you could ever want. Also small quantities of loquat, lychee, carambola, jaboticaba, mango, avocado, and mulberry. I do have a couple peach and pear trees that are supposed to grow here but they never fruit much and the various bugs mildews and molds get those. I also live on the top of what thousands of years was a sand dune. My soil(if you can call it that) is pure white sand with less than 10% organic matter and some things just will not grow in it.at my old house collard greens grew out of control, here I have some plants five years old that are less than a foot tall. On the other hand, I can wear shorts and flip flops in December

Nice job jr. I agree with terrilee. Sometimes the instructions given are way over my head as well. But this one I GET! I'm sure I'll be coming back to this one eventually.
Funny how pets and children always get sick just before the weekend. Hang in there. Gurgle, gurgle, gurgle.

So if I go with a performance variator which do I buy. I don't want a dr pulley just because everyone seems to have one. How can we compare products if we all have the same one. Anyone know the diameter on the Naraku I've been looking at? It comes with weights matched for the super8. Any idea if they are actually matched by Naraku or just kind of matched by the importer? Any other brands you might recommend?

Eustis is in the center of the state about 30 minutes northwest of Orlando. Almost all the scooter shops in the state are on the coast and two hours or more away. Just my kymco dealer and one Chinese dealer about an hour away.

My grandfather always said, " being able to play pool is the mark of a gentleman, being able to play pool well, is the mark of a wasted childhood" I'm sure he stole it from somewhere, he was like that.

Been scooting for about 10 months now. I am not mechanically inclined, but I have learned to change fluids and adjust valves as part of the scootering experience. Now I have a hankering to figure out the cvt. Check out my long rambling post about that and give me your thoughts.

Hey everybody. I ride a kymco super 8 150. Most of the roads around here are either 45 or 55 mph. Wot I can hit 57 gps verified but I don't like to do that and as the traffic is light and the 55s don't last but a couple of minutes I can usually just cruise closer to 50(no one behind me). But there are a couple areas where I would feel better with just a couple more mph for five or six minutes. I also have a flat spot in my acceleration between about 20 and 30 mph. I understand a performance variator with a larger diameter will help the belt ride higher giving me a little more top end, but while researching I found a post also about a super 8 addressing the same issues. This guys local shop recommended a Naraku variator which has a more aggressive ramp plate, and a 2000rpm torque spring to balance it out. He was very happy with both acceleration and top end gains. I was just beginning to understand variators throwing torque springs and aggressive ramp plates in the mix is more than I can process.I assume the ramp plates would be forcing the belt higher sooner, so the extra rpms would be needed especially on the bottom end, and as long as I stay away from wot except 5 minute bursts maybe once a week the extra rpms shouldn't hurt me too bad on the top end. Then again I'm only guessing at what ramp plate means. Now please explain how I have no clue
