Well with Chinese wiring it's easy sometimes to knock something loose, that's whay one neds to secure all the wiring out of the way and check things closely when puttinf it back together. So now my question is do you still have a spark right now and is it a good steady bright blue spark? If so then you either had something not making good connection and changing your CDI made this poor connection go away or again you possibly have something intermittent that is coming or going? Electrical shorts can be that way sometimes and movement can cause them to reappear. JR no spark right now sir. so tired with that, and dont know what is going on with that.

You are very welcome Coleon and please do let us know what happens when you get another CDI. We are here to help and want you to be riding this scooter and with threads like this it also allows other people to read and learn. By following up we will know if this corrected the problem or if we need to do further work to figure out what's going on which we will gladly do. JR Thank you sir. When i get new one, i will notice you know my case. Hope you doing well. Coleon

Ok then to be sure it's the CDI then we need to do one more test. Now this is what you need to do; (1) hook up one lead to the red/white wire on the CDI plug and one lead to green (ground) (2) Turn on the key, hit the start button and turn the engine over for a spell and check the voltage on this wire, it will be DC and be very small anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 volts This is the Stator signal or pickup wire to tell the CDI when to fire. If you have the voltage that I mentioned on this wire and plus we know you have 12 volts on the black wire and with no output on the black/yellow wire then the CDI IS BAD. Replace and you should then get a spark. JR yes sir, iam going to buy new one. thank you for your helping me. when i get new one and i will contact you. one again, thanks you and GOD BLESS TO YOU and FAMILY. Coleon
