all striped down haven't marked the chain and gog for the cam got it at tdc will mark it before l undo the head bolts

gotta replace my head gonna try to do this with the engine in the frame any thoughts can this be done l know it means all the plastic covers have to come off and maybe the engine surrounds too not sure about them will start tomorrow removeing plastics air box n so fourth

it blew the spark plug outta the plug hole stuffed the head thread so lm gonna get a new head the threads was dicky when l bought scoot she was in a sad state whenl got her so l decided to check how she was runnin so l pulled the plug looked real good a whiteish grey put it back in by hand until it stoped then went to tighten it up and the bugger wouldn't stop spinning in the hole knew it was stuffed then so l got it in tight enough well l thought anyway started no worries idled no problem got hot no worries so next day afther doing the manual starter 'l started her up let her warm as l usualy do n went to post a letter got about 5 klms then a big pooooffffff then chhh chhhh chhhhh out poped the plug there it was just hangin off the high tension led but l gonna get her back on the road for sure was just so cross the other day lossin my job n all then it poped just to top it off kickstart works well now at least l be able to get tdc when l get my new head thx again people

thx people took scoot for a ride today and she craped her self so shes stuffed with no work l carnt get her fixed so shes for sale cheap thx to all the gr8 folk for helping me out when l had problems with her its a sad day when you carnt afford a $100 to fix her up well thanks again and best wishs to you all from ozz

all set up l extended the hose put a fuel filter on the end of it l gotta go for a long ride tomorrow will let every know if the problems fixed thanks again everyone hopefully it be thumbs up |

no it isn't the rocker cover l checked that first up cleaned all around it ran the donk no drips or runs comeing from there under the plastic surrounds where the jug meets the bottom end l check again today thxxxx

The breather on the rocker cover could someone please tell me if they only push out air was just wondering because if it don't and its the problem how can the oil drain back into the motor l know a arsk some silly questions but if l don't arsk l wont know thx again peoples

hi all you good people anther problem with scoot l got off scoot afther a ride shes going gr8 l looked underneath and saw oil like sprayed out over everything towards the front wheel it was over the battery box and wires and cables lve cleaned it up l carnt see where the oils comeing from lve looked n looked but no trace off the oil comeing out even with the motor idleing and very hot maybe it comeing out of the air vent that sits on the top of the rocker cover that's goes to the air box for the carb lm using penrite enviro + full synthetic oil 5w 40 so far l have attached anther hose and lm running it a lot higher than the airbox so good people lm hopeing others can help me trace this problem thx you good folk  |
