Take a picture of your CDI to see if any wires are missing from it. Usually small green wires are GROUND. Alleyoop

Here is your normal CDI connections and what they do. Color of the wires may be different on some scoots but it all depends WHERE the wires are coming from that go into the SAME LOCATION of the CDI the positions on the CDI ARE CONSTENT. Alleyoop

Trace that Green wire on the last picture that may be the Trigger coming from the PICK UP COIL above the Flywheel.
The two wire plug may be the ENRICHER PLUG coming from the Harness, also tape up that bare black and white wire going to the plug if that carries voltage and touchs metal it will cause a short and it will not start.
Also trace that PINK WIRE need to know where they are coming from that will tell what they are for and what they do. Alleyoop

the first pic look like they go to the coil . I don't see the coil or the plug wire .
I bet the green wire with the brade on it is for a ballast resistor . The black with white stripe and green , I'm thinking kickstand switch harness .
