This scooter is rare as hens teeth here in oz theres lots in Canada and a few in the usa and England and Europe this is research l did online

when l move it nothin happens no pick up in revs no change in idle nothin you would think at least the revs would pick up but nope

Hi all lm Back to its been a few years since l have been here but alls good lm back l have just got a Suzuki AE 50 hyper 1990 its old like me just have been repainting it. l have been trying to get a electric scematic of the wireing but no luck so far its has been upgraded to 70cc seems to run well but l would like to get anther carby this one on it has 2 cables running out of it ones is throttle but the other l dunno what it does its on like a slide control like off a old mower its not a choke l don't think. You move it nothing seems to happen its a 2 stroke

l have bought a new marster cylinder l have fitted it no worries now the problem is l go to bleed them so heres how l do it l pull on the lever serveral times pump pump pump pump then l hold in the lever and turn the bleeding screw and out comes the fluid and air bubbles as normal so l keep doing this untill theres fluid comeing only there isnt any pressure building up or anything it doesnt even seem to be working the calapiers well l stuck so here l am arsking for your gr8 help again thanks all

sorry l havent posted before this but l got indisposed by the gov here well l fixed the clutch springs changed the new for the old shes back to normal again reving like normal thanks for all your help alleyoop it worked noe lm gonna go n ride her thanks again

got it all fitted no worries started her up no worries went to take off now it seems l need more revs to take off well l know shes reving harder to take off do you think the clutch springs have a different tension to open up and grip the spinney thing l haven't pulled the old one apart she a stubborn nut that clutch one but l keep trying

after a lots of searching l found a complete replacement unit on ebay here in ozz so l bought it complete it should arrive later in the week when l pull the old one apart l try n post some pics thx again all

thanks alleyoop the metal the clutch pad attaches to is that made out of alloy because if it is l found two little bit of alloy l looked n searched for any breaks or chips on the outercase and all around when l had the variator and clutch off scoot the little bits of alloy look like they may be off that if its alloy where the spring goes through the hole l dont have a socket big enough to pull the clutch apart so lm sorta guessing n running it parst you to help me which you and john and a few others allways do thxx again

she idles at 1200 rpm the clutch springs could be how do l check them do l pull the clutch apart if so what size socket maybe 34mm lm not sure
