can ya belive this just went out to put back together so l started it up no worries and turned it off via kill switch it wouldnt stop had to use the key to stop it l pulled the wires fron the kill wire connecting plug and noticed the green wire point where it connects was bent out of place and maybe not connecting or conecting too a postive anyway l straighted it up renconnected it started her up and bingo its idleing at about 1700 rpm it seems to work when l rev her too so lm hopeing l ve found my probem a green wire not connecting proplery so thx one and all for your support  |

l gonna get one of those hour meters and tachos off ebay n hook it up it wont be pretty but at least it cover up the stock tacho on my dash cluster now l go n put it back together lm gonna get a new donk soon so when l do that l strip down the electircs then and check them all its the blue cdi this is the ebay seller of the cdi just_onlineauction its a blue cdi with a graph on it and it say on top new raceing cdi

looks to me its hooked up both as they both have a black and yellow wire like the diagram

well its to hard to upload pics for my small brain so lm gonna disconect the tacho the scoot still runs without it thx for everyones help on this issue

here what l found afther pulling off all da plastics green wire that splices into lots more green wires .... a black wire that splices into more black wires .....a black with a yellow stripe on it which runs to the cdi and that black wire with a yellow stripe runs to one side of the coil and a green wire to the other side if the coil maybe its the afthermarket cdi makeing the tacho read lots more than it is at idle cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=290705695369 thats the cdi thats fitted tacho is still reading false |

no 2 pic is my rocker cover
the head on yours is it a 4v l wanna get one but people say the big 2 valve ones flow better thought l get some advice here before l get one

bought the same carb n set the mixture screw at 3/4 of a turn out and new rollors 13g gained about 20klms a hour now when l back off she sorta crackells n pops through the exaust sounds cool but scince l read this do ya think me valves need ajusting it a gy6 157qmj 150cc
