So fellow scooterist January will be 2 years I have owned my two chinese scooters . Well it has been a real roller coaster finding parts learning the quirks . The major frustration and the rewards to go with it . One of the problems with getting parts that differs from the auto world is, the vendors selling parts just don't know what they are selling . The thought about getting tech help to trouble shoot problems . Well i have decided to chip at this problem . Over the last 2 months I have been building and inventory and very carefully been inspecting and testing every single item . Just today I tested 20 CDI's and 20 coils . I bought larger diameter variators , Keihin carbs, 11pole stators, 7pin regulators, assorted LED's . I know i'm no rocket scientist , however I have a pretty good idea about scooters (thanks to this fourm) and electrical . I don't think there is a vendor out there that is testing and inspecting every item . For the most part no one is checking parts before shipping . How many of you guys and gals have ordered parts and they were defective when delivered . If any of you guys and gals are interested in the items I have tested and inspected . Please reach out to me for a quote . There are many other items that I do not have that I can get just ask . s1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc483/tvnacman/parts/s1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc483/tvnacman/s1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc483/tvnacman/stator/.testedscooterparts.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">.testedscooterparts.com/John

I have to say that John has help me with the very problem he has described "bad parts" from other vendors. I can't even tell you how frustrating it is to buy parts to fix a problem and then find out thses parts are "bad" Save yourself the time and trouble and use John's parts. He has been patient helping me along the way and really understands the "real need" here.
Thanks again !
Dennis

Would you happen to have anything for a Burgman 650? We got a SWEET deal from an older guy that had inherited a non running bike when his nephew passed away. It wouldn't run, suspecting the CKP, crank position sensor, but we also need a drivers backrest and the large trunk with backrest. We'll need the windshield also. If you can get any of these parts, let me know how much before we go ordering them from the local dealer. Thanks!

If I can it would be my first try at Burgman parts. With the extra shipping charges it may not be worth while.

Thanks John for the outstanding help and support. Upgrading to a 11 pole stator could not have been easier. Your knowledge of a 12vac relay used in HVAC was genius, now my lights come on after the motor starts and shut off when the motor stops. No more forgetting the light switch and a dead battery. I could not have been happier. I'll be back for more goodies. Buddy

Bump. - Thought this would be worth the read to fresh members like myself.
Plus the fact that talked to him over the phone for a short while & found him to be informative, & helpful. _
