So as the title suggests I'm in search of CREDITABLE online dealers that you can actually call and talk to real people. Really just trying to avoid getting ripped off in the process of buying a Chinese scooter if you all wouldn't mind sharing you're experiences both good and bad it will give me an idea of what places to buy from. Try to list links if possible that would help

Whoever you buy from, check first to be sure there's somebody in your town who will work on it! I bought two scoots from an on-line dealer I would NOT recommend, one Roketa and one Ice Bear, and my problem was that virtually nobody in Tucson, a metro area of almost a million with many scooter/cycle dealers, would even discuss working on anything Chinese. If you're a good mechanic and like doing that kind of thing, all good, but if your skillset extends only to the simple stuff, this is a very important consideration.
