So as the title suggests I'm in search of CREDITABLE online dealers that you can actually call and talk to real people. Really just trying to avoid getting ripped off in the process of buying a Chinese scooter if you all wouldn't mind sharing you're experiences both good and bad it will give me an idea of what places to buy from. Try to list links if possible that would help

Let me just say OUCH x50 sounds painfully the vertebrae that's a bad one usually a lot of surgeries too. Let me be the first to say glad you're OK. Ya I would've made that same choice when you think about it its an easy dissension. Sounds like it been a long road back to health physical therapy and all that I bet.

So you have the cn250 which is the Honda clone (244cc I believe) will it accept the same helix parts or vise versa sounds as if this one is easier to work on too. There seems to be more then one name on these clones Cf250, cn250 ch250 the Honda version seems to be the most versatile when it comes to parts and availability. Most dealers don't really list which engine there' mc-54b is using thanks for the info.

Glad you're still around to tell us what happened. Just this past week I've heard of at least two fatal accidents involving 2 wheel vehicles.

Hello all, like I said I'm new to scooting have yet to actuality buy a scooter but soon I will be. I've been looking online mostly at the Chinese ones still trying to choose but between the 150cc and the 250cc I think I'd rather have a 250cc. I will be transporting a passenger from time to time whose has peripheral vision difficulties and can no longer drive and will be there transportation when possible. I guess they have trunks that have like backrest on them how secure is the mounting hardware like the luggage rack is that secured to the frame at all its very hard to tell on the Mc-54b-250 is the luggage mount plastic?
So I've been looking at the bigger type scooters like the Roketa MC-54b-250/MC-79-250 etc. I believe this scooter has the Yamaha clone 257cc engine not sure yet if its reliable or even easy to work on. I will be doing most of the hands on stuff myself like valve adjustments and oil changes any carb or CVT work when needed I guess my question is how easy is it to get parts for this engine/scooter I do see a lot of upgrades for gy6 online not sure if the is the same for this one though?? I will need a few sources to obtain parts from I know the dealers usually will sell you parts but usually not very cheap.
