I have a 150cc-EFI La Vita which was discontinued in 2011. I have a problem with it not starting. I have done the usual troubleshooting. Changed the battery, spark plug (gapped@ 0.78), solenoid switch and drains the gas tank (put in new high octane gas).
I am getting spark from the plug and the starter is turning. But it won't start. I don't know much about the ECU which controls the DC 4 pin CDI unit. And I don't have a service repair manual and can't get one because it's not made anymore. However, I have ordered a new CDI and waiting for it to arrive. But if I have spark, that is probably not the problem.
Can anyone make some suggestions?

I forgot to mention that this is not a EFI Kit. The Scooter was manufactured with a FACTORY INSTALLED EFI system. I should also mention that it was manufactured in China.

I sounds like you have a fuel issue can you spray some into intake while cranking like starting fluid?

I would think it's a fuel delivery problem,,,check the fuses,,,the pump fuse is probably blown

I double checked the owners manual and the recommended gap is 0.8

What about the ECU? You don't think that could be an issue?

This is the 2010 La Vita 150cc-EFI This is the ECU which controls the CDI and fuel combustion This is the fuel pump. I don't see a fuse anywhere. Some type of diagram on the Vacuum line I don't know what this is. It's in the battery compartment. Must be part of the ECU/CDI system. Another component that I don't know. Also must be part of the ECU/CDI system This is also next to the DC 4 pin CDI unit in the battery compartment. Don't know what it is. This is the only fuse I found. It's not a fuel pump fuse

Do one thing at a time get some stater fluid crank engine spray into were you took off the air filter and see if it will fire.

I had to go pick up some starter fluid, so I picked up some 10 amp fuses, too. I have changed the fuse. It wasn't bad anyway. However, the starter fluid makes it crank a little while, but it quickly pewters out and dies.

Just as I suspected it's a fuel delivery problem ,,, there's either a blow fuse or power Eire is broken internally and you can't see it or the pump is bad,,, I still think it's a fuse

Got a voltage tester?,,,, pull the plug that goes to the pump and check the connectors,,, I think you'll find no " hot" wire,,, if you do either the ground to the pump is bad or the pump itself

I can get one. But that was my conclusion on the fuel pump being the issue. I have a problem though. Can you recommend a replacement fuel pump. Can't find the OEM fuel pump. Mfgr is Liyang. Part no: c821c8 pcv. Also had LYDS written on the bottom. Not a traditional looking fuel pump though. If this isn't it then there isn't one. Also no fuel filter either.
