It was the pump had fallen down from the housing. I had to modify the housing because the filter design was different from the original.
I applied 80 lbs of pressure to the injector but I could only get minimal spray out of it. So I'm now down to finding a new injector. I have looked for a couple of days and can't find that specific injector. Remember this scooter isn't made anymore.
So now I'm trying to find something with similar dimensions that will fit in the housing unit. I'll let you know if I find something.

I have the injector off. But there is no fuel in the fuel line. It took me many days of putting penetrating oil on the bolt to remove the fuel Injector. I connected the electrical to see if it was opening. I hear the pump turning on. But there is no fuel coming in the fuel line. Can it be a vacuum issue or the is overcoming the head to push fuel out of the tank into the fuel line. What do you think?

I have replaced the pump. I hear the buzzing noise, again. So I know the pump is working. But I still can't get the scooter to start. It cranks for a little and dies. It must be the injector has gotten some debris from the old fuel filter into it. What do you think? Or do you recommend something else?

I'm remembering that I use to hear a buzz when the kill switch was in the off position. Then I would hit the electric start button and brake to start the engine. I don't hear the buzz anymore. What does that imply?

So should I remove the fuel injector and try to test it?

Did more research. There is no choke and no fuel pump for this EFI system. That is some type of vacuum pump . But there is an error light in the speedometer gauge. It is the VTC light. Variable timing control. I have to find the valve to take a look at it. Are you familiar with it?

I can get one. But that was my conclusion on the fuel pump being the issue. I have a problem though. Can you recommend a replacement fuel pump. Can't find the OEM fuel pump. Mfgr is Liyang. Part no: c821c8 pcv. Also had LYDS written on the bottom. Not a traditional looking fuel pump though. If this isn't it then there isn't one. Also no fuel filter either.

I had to go pick up some starter fluid, so I picked up some 10 amp fuses, too. I have changed the fuse. It wasn't bad anyway. However, the starter fluid makes it crank a little while, but it quickly pewters out and dies.

This is the 2010 La Vita 150cc-EFI This is the ECU which controls the CDI and fuel combustion This is the fuel pump. I don't see a fuse anywhere. Some type of diagram on the Vacuum line I don't know what this is. It's in the battery compartment. Must be part of the ECU/CDI system. Another component that I don't know. Also must be part of the ECU/CDI system This is also next to the DC 4 pin CDI unit in the battery compartment. Don't know what it is. This is the only fuse I found. It's not a fuel pump fuse

What about the ECU? You don't think that could be an issue?
