I forgot to mention that this is not a EFI Kit. The Scooter was manufactured with a FACTORY INSTALLED EFI system. I should also mention that it was manufactured in China.

I have a 150cc-EFI La Vita which was discontinued in 2011. I have a problem with it not starting. I have done the usual troubleshooting. Changed the battery, spark plug (gapped@ 0.78), solenoid switch and drains the gas tank (put in new high octane gas).
I am getting spark from the plug and the starter is turning. But it won't start. I don't know much about the ECU which controls the DC 4 pin CDI unit. And I don't have a service repair manual and can't get one because it's not made anymore. However, I have ordered a new CDI and waiting for it to arrive. But if I have spark, that is probably not the problem.
Can anyone make some suggestions?
