There may be a stoppage in the line or the pump housing itself with screen material,,pull the injector feed line from the pump and see if there's flow out of the pump,,also check the line itself,it may have an obstruction

It was the pump had fallen down from the housing. I had to modify the housing because the filter design was different from the original.
I applied 80 lbs of pressure to the injector but I could only get minimal spray out of it. So I'm now down to finding a new injector. I have looked for a couple of days and can't find that specific injector. Remember this scooter isn't made anymore.
So now I'm trying to find something with similar dimensions that will fit in the housing unit. I'll let you know if I find something.
