It looks like my battery finally died.......it no longer holds a charge. I want to replace it with a good battery........can I get some recommendations. It will be going in a 2011 Jonway YY250T.......Thanks.......Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from a hot New Orleans everyone!

Won't claim it is the best but I have just been using what WalMart has had. Even took one back as it was not charging. They put it on a charger and later suggested I get my scooter charging system fixed. Put a new charging unit on and batteries started lasting much longer. Just my experience with short lived batteries.

I did not use the regular charger but one more expensive and having a higher output.

On line WalMart or do they carry these batteries in the store?

Same where I live in Casa Grande Arizona and also Cortez Colorado before we moved. Go to the WalMart auto department.

No idea where you live but expect the same.

I have had better luck online, get a battery with a one year warranty or more. Keep your proof of purchase if it fails prematurely. Then use the warranty let them make good on it. Just make sure that its for replacement not pro rate.

I can't find any sales slip tickets but about $50 for an ES9BS.

Search on my more recent links. Someone posted a link for a high-performance 14 Ah that was not particularly expensive; I bought it and was happy with it until I dumped my scooter and myself, and decided to part with it. The extra Ah may not be absolutely necessary but more don't hurt!

I recommend Interstate battery. They have a 1 year no hassle warranty. Any auto/motorcycle repair shop that carries them can get you one. You can call Interstate directly and they will give you the name of a dealer near you
