Hi, Crawford - Please explain a bit more about finish "building my newest my #3 white trike"? What did you do?
I just returned from a very short ride - if I had ice cream & milk I would not need a blender - just hold it and go for a ride - the vibration would take care of the rest for a great milkshake.
I am hopeful that IceBear will get on the stick and get those wheels headed my way. I have waited long enough!!!

I will be taking weights on rollers in CVT to find out what they come with and will order DR sliders in place of them. I will have my rear wheels spin balance at co-op I just finished the front wheel balance. I will install the remote start like I put in wifes bike with alarm. I will adjust the triple tree in front on all 3 trikes all were out of adjustment. I bet yours will be will be needed to ask your dealer if he made a final adjustment on it, I bet he did not because you have to take off the plastic's on dash to even get to it. It may even help with wobble.

The new wheels & tires have been shipped and is scheduled for delivery Sat. Sept 5. I would like to have them spin balanced before I put them on. I did not know that Co-op would do that on these wheels. Let me know how that works out. I have thought about the rollers in the CVT but am just anxious to get mine in riding condition. I did not know about the triple tree adjustment - have no idea at all about that. I bet if I removed the dash plastic I might get to an adjustment for the seat cable. Please fill me in on the triple tree adjustment.

I already had them done on my wife's trike the red one you seen works great I believe 7 dollars each I did bring them in hand not sure if price reflected for that. The triple tree each had way to much slop the # 2 white one was the worst of bunch PDI was done by Ice Bear and must have been done by Drunks or blind people or both in came in as a basket case it was to be a 2015 came in a 2013 and then battle started with seller they tell me none of there problems they never have before. I think they pulled a bate and switch and got caught. I really can't believe them because one person says they won't tell Ice Bear they will eat it something is fishy and smells bad here. Now I have another white one total of 3. That is why I asked you if you had a contact # After they send me all parts needed to fix # 2 I will send a register letter with pictures and get there side of the story.

I received the wheels and tires on 9/5 - as promised. However, the tires were not mounted on the wheels. When one of the tires was mounted on a wheel, the tire bead would not go on correctly - part of the bead was outside the wheel rim. This would mean that the tire would not run true - it would wobble as the others did. So now I am going to take this unit back to the dealer so that he can see first hand what the problems are. This would include the seat lock as well. This experience with the Zodiac has been a nightmare! I have a great looking unit - but I am not able to ride it - bummer!

When who ever install tire on rim did they lube it real well it should have been on rim also. then remove valve core put air till it pops on rim or till tire goes all the way around on rim seat. Once you hear bead pop let some air out and install core and check pressure and adjust were needed. you may need extra air to get tire on rim up to 50 PSI. If you can't get them on right bring them over I will install them for you.

This saga is starting to make my woes with the Magnum look trivial! Good luck getting it sorted out, at least you have an actual dealer to work with. Hope they walk the walk.

Is it an enclosed axel case or is it open with just the differential carrier closed,,either way,,,,these things make zip for power so have it welded by a good welding shop,,,

rear end is solid tube to get axle out you pull disk brake, rotor assembly remover dust cover from bearing remove snap ring and us slide puller and hit it comes right out. But the axle being in 2 pieces it looks like it been heat treated very hard it snapped rear clean like a sharp knife cut it. can you weld something that hard? and have it hold up? I will have to look around here a see if It can be done. Rapid Jim is also seeing what he can do for a replacement axle. You know this axle is close dia of a mid size car it truly surprise me when I got it out.

I took my Zodiac back to the dealer - BC Cycles - just this side of Nashville - last week. I wanted them to get the wheels right and fix the seat lock. While they are at it I wanted them to adjust the backing cable - it jerks when put in reverse - and then takes off going backward like a bat out of hell. And - yes - the tire and rim was well lubricated and I heard the pop when the bead came out to the rim of the wheel.
Crwford - sorry you are having trouble with the red one. I have never heard of such a clean break. I am really impressed with Rapid Jim. I would like to meet him some day.
