I cannot say for sure but the 250 clutch is much bigger than the 150 clutch. But most places say the springs are for 125/300cc motors so you may want to try them. I know for a fact those springs on a NCY clutch do not work the springs are to long. It all depends on the distance between each pads hook up hole. Alleyoop

Hi allyoop one more since put a new aftermarket belt on I get vibrations from the clutch but when its on the center stand bell of its fine but now its getting worst like a knocking noise. I check the springs not broken I took them out my worry is I can clip it in with my finger I don't think it should be that easy

No they should not be easy to put on usually you need a screwdriver or something to stretch them to get them on. If you put them on and you can move the springs back and forth they are to big or stretched out for some reason. Alleyoop

I've ordered some performance springs and the supplier will send me 300cc springs which they say will be more stiffer and rollers because one of them got a flat spot can the rollers be the cause of the shoes not seating properly? But like I said all my problams start after fitting a new belt

from what you say, it appears the belt is slipping what size belt did you get? Did you get the same size as what was on there? The rollers have nothing to do with the Clutch pads, what effects the Clutch are the RPMS. Centrifugal force throws out the pads to garb the bell to turn the wheel. Alleyoop

the belts have the size right on them they should ,I would use as close to what the 250 parts you need as possible I don't know much ,but I do know using parts from other scooters could couse more problems

Just thinking out loud here to further my own scooter education. If you're using the same pads as before, are they maybe glazed a bit? Rough sanding them might make a difference; did on my Roketa. But beyond that, speaking general CVT theory, seems to me springs ought to be springs ought to be springs, regardless of how many cc the engine has. Of course they have to FIT, I get that, but other than that, the mechanical issue is how much centrifugal force it takes to extend them, thus allowing the pads to contact the bell. So whether Honda or Yamaha or Kymco or whatever, whether 150cc or 250cc or 600cc or whatever, the relevant technical data ought to be how long are they and how "strong" are they. Do I have this even close to correct?

Same size belt that was on the shoes gripping and hitting the bell is my main problem at the moment What exactly do you mean?? SHOES GRIPPING and HITTING THE BELL is you main problem. When you twist the throttle and at a certain rpm the CLUTCH PADS will swing out and GRAB the bell and that will in turn start to turn your wheel. So what is it doing differently?? MAYBE A VIDEO with the CVT cover off and the motor running and you giving it some throttle to see what is going on would help with what you mean. Alleyoop

Well the knocking is what I am concerned about can you take a video so we can see and hear the knocking. It could be a bad crankshaft. Alleyoop
