Just wanted to publicly thank Jim, owner of Rapid Repair.
Bought my Viking Trike from him last July, and as is typical with Chinese scoots, there were a few issues. Jim got me the replacement parts needed at no charge, not even shipping.
The float assembly went south recently (gas gauge stuck on full) so I emailed Jim about a week ago. He said he would contact Ice Bear regarding a replacement. Well, today the UPS driver shows up with a new float assembly!
I've read many stories of dealers abandoning the customer after a sale, and thought it would be appropriate to acknowledge someone who doesn't do that.
For anyone considering a product that Rapid Repair sells, here's my advice:
Don't make your purchase based only on price or a fancy website because a dealer who is honest and will stand behind his product is invaluable.

I wish I had checked with Jim BEFORE I bought my Zodiac. A few dollars more is worth the aggravation that I have gone through. It wont happen again on my next scoot for my wife. Jim will get the business from the Sunshine state.
