that's a tuff one ,you may have to take a lot apart or find out from dealer the # of the key, there can only be so many as there not chiped keys then get one made ,I am guessing the other key they gave you ,don't have ,my keys have no #s on them but dealer should be able to send you the one for yours, some I know is allways telling me keep you extra set ,on a key hanger so I do,but still locked myself out of my car this past summer ,hope helps scott

You should be able to reach under there and pull on the cable. If the seat opens on the side then under the left fender, if it opens forward then up front above the head of the motor. Alleyoop

i have done this two many times...i only know this works if the latch is vertical, remove the fairngs around the lid and you should be able to see the latch, then untwist a metal coat hanger poke it in there and release the cable holding the latch on, some scooters have an inspection cover in ther boot and you can remove that from the bottom.

LOL, I did this for the first time when I arrived after traveling 3 hours up north, I was able to simply pry the seat up a bit as it does not sit very firm in the latch (latch is tight and secure), but I think the seat latch is too long. But I was able to see well enough and retrieved the keys without damaging the seat/lock.

remove the machine screw and nut from the pivot point in the hinge, lift up on seat gently and remove keys. you may need a flash light. unlock seat then reassemble hinge. if seat bucket is full of gear as you gently raise seat wiggle it side ways and it should unlatch. if lock is on side panel you should be able to reach under it and move the swivel end of the lock.
