Ok, great, one problem solved, now can you keep it running by giving it a little throttle? Also did you put on a new carb or messed with it. Turn the fuel ratio mixture screw clockwise until it stops do not force it just until it stops and then turn it counter clockwise 2 1/2 turns and make sure the air filter is on the carb. Alleyoop

Forgot to answer one of your other questions, Yes the Flywheel turns because it is connected to the crankshaft by the way of a woodruff key that holds it in that position for timing. Alleyoop

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is a two stroke right? The plug being tight is a must for a 2T engine.

Yes Jr, it is a 2 stroke and thanks for reminding me.
His carb does not have a FUEL RATIO screw it has a AIR RATIO screw on the right side by the Air Filter side.
Churchy forget about what I said to set your CARBs mixture. The screw on the right near the Air Filter side Give that Screw a CLOCKWISE 1/8 turn to cut off some air to feed it more fuel. It it wants to fire with the 1/8 but won't turn it another 1/8 turn Clockwise. Alleyoop

okay done all this, it now runs, exhaust is smelly, white smoke, and if i go above 20 the bike can suddenly just cut out at any point, it is like it is electric problem because all you can hear is the flywheel spinning not as if the engine bogged

It is a 2 stroke it's supposed to smoke some that is the oil. But let me ask this you now have the BBK on right? If so did you change the JET in the carb? Alleyoop Your carb looks something like this right?

i have not re jetted, am doing so but wouldnt think this can cut engine and that is practically my carb

Yes, lack of fuel will cut your motor and can also damage it because it will get really hot for lack of fuel and lube. you need to re-jet before you ruin the motor it is running very lean getting hot and seize.

Okai so i was running a 65main jet previous to bbk with all the worlds knowledge i wouldnt know a formula to firgure out what to up jet to. Any mods to air box or oil pump just anything i need to change with a bbk on it? and are there ruels on runnibg it in? Much apprieciated

Also after about half hour of running the cylinder is wet and black what causes this?

Try a #75 main jet, that should be plenty for it if it is dying around 20mp. Black and Wet did something happen did it seize up that you had to open it up? Alleyoop
