I thought some of you might be interested in this picture. In 1961 I bought this 1960 Harley Davidson Topper. New for $363. 165 cc two stroke. The engine seized at 2500 miles repaired under warranty, and by 5000 it was getting noisy so traded it off. Attachments:

Wow! That's a bit of history! I didn't even know Harley made a 2T scooter. Don't you wish had her now!

It would be a collectors item for sure. We've seen a couple in museums in recent years. From that I went to a 53 FLE Electroglide, a retired police bike, then to a HD Sprint, the Italian made Harley 250. That was not one of their shining moments either.

If you still had that scoot now, it would be worth a lot of many (classic) I talked to a guy the other day, telling me a few years back he sold a wheezier (hopefully its spelled right)motor for 500.00 now he could get a lot more.
