How much more speed? Better takeoff translates into faster hill climbing.

What scoot do you have and what MOTOR? 2 Stroke or 4 Stroke? If the motor has good power the biggest bang for your money is Taller Tranny Gears. Alleyoop

I had a " secret 63 " and later put on a 50mm or 82cc BBK and had the same top end , but got there faster, faster uphill too . I would top out and I could back off of the throttle and maintain the same speed . I would first try lighter or heavier rollers as there is variables so what may work for one may not for another .
Hope you put on a new belt with a BBK as one should .
Gears is a good idea but may be advanced wrenching for some

Yes that helps too I think Dr Pulley has the largest diameter but may hit the bendix on some

Saw some that were programmable but not tested one I have the blue finned CDI from PFS on my 2T . My Echarm ignition is controlled by the ECU as it does not have a CDI

I have not seen the set up on the cf moto I would guess the ecu is the cdi . Have you checked the cdi from pfs with a timing light ?
