OK if this is the 250B with the linhai you have a 20A fuse located on the solenoid relay and if it's blown, totally dead scooter. The solenoid is located behind the right side back panel above the muffler area.
If it is the cfmoto vertical engine scooter is has a fuse box located under the seat. This version does not have the 20A fuse on the solenoid relay but does have a 15A fuse to the brake/starter solenoid and if it's blown no start either.
Let us know which one you have and we'll get her going.

I know this may be a dumb question, but did you check your connection on battery terminals and the ground wires.

I know this may be a dumb question, but did you check your connection on battery terminals and the ground wires. I think it is a good idea ,richardthe scooter, since the battery is new to check all the connections again--and even the battery ,it could have shorted out suddenly--I didn't notice if mayom checked the voltage at the posts ,sometimes the simplest thing is the culprit--like one time I bought a new auto battery and in one week it quit and we found a post had gotten loose inside the battery--i.e.--no voltage--good luck ,good riding, fflintstone
