If your scoot is a 250b scooter you don't need washer, the nut should be 19mm, I'll look and see if I can find axle nut.

If you have the MC-54-250B you don't need a washer, the nut is a locking nut and the nut size is 19mm. Attachments:

I'd say a hardware store my have one, just make sure the threads line up right (be careful), you don't want to strip those threads.

Don't forget to torque the nut. I belive it should be tightened to about 100 ft/lbs.

what goes between the nut adn the swing arm? in this video ( ) right when the guy pulls the swing arm off something falls down. i think im missing that part. and Autozone has the nut. is an M14 1.5 pitch xpindle nut.
I still have the issue where the rear tire has a lot of play about .25". im trying to pull the swing arrm off to see if anything came loose.

Thanks Alleyoop! I pulled the wheel off and cleaned the spindle, spacer and bearing and lubed everything with lithium grease. I put it back together and still have the wiggle in the wheel. I assume the nut draws the swing-arm onto the spacer so I'm thinking about adding 1 or 2 washers between the nut and the swing arm OR between the spacer and the swing-arm to make up for the difference. Do yall think if I do either of these things it will knock the bike out of alignment?
Again thank you all for pitching in and helping out.
