Hi all JR knows I have been to the US before visiting my daughter. Now in Jan she became a US Citizen and has applied for me as her father to immigrate to the US as well. If all goes well I should make the move there around June 2014. I do hope to perhaps meet some of you if you in the Arlington Fairfax VA area.

Hi Scootaway, I remember when you had that visit with your daughter and how you froze your ass off even in the rather mild winter of Virginia. Nice to hear that you'll be coming over in a little better time as far as temps. With all the news of illegals here in the states it's good to hear about someone going through the proper steps to do it right. I've known of you for a couple years now (online at least) and you always seemed to be a decent person and good member of the forums. I, for one, would like to come down to my old living area and confirm those thoughts about you. Can't say it will be this June but possible next year. What about the scoot? Bringing it with or buying another here? Are you planning on staying in that area? Best of luck and welcome to the melding pot. M/C

Alright going to add to the population! Hope we can get together one day. For sure you're starting in a good area, the South!

Thanx boys. JR I will sell the scoot here because the mods I have done especially the jets will surely fail a test in the US besides every dime I can bring with will be needed. Once there I will surely try to buy a two wheeler (and a four obviously) and if finances permits well I have been dreaming of a R1200RT BMW. I am one of those people who believe that when you immigrate to another country you must embrace every thing about them and I plan on doing that. The accent will come later maybe never.

That's great! Welcome in advance! If you ever feel like a long ride, let me know. I'm about 105 miles north of Fairfax. About 2 hrs drive.

If the hose is attached to the VALVE COVER near the top of the VALVE COVER that is a VENT HOSE to relieve the crankcase pressure. If the scoot has a AIR BOX there should be connector on it where it goes. Or you can just put a fuel filter on the end of it and tie it up HIGH on the frame. That way if it squirts oil out it will not get all over your motor. Alleyoop
