Well as I had said previously, I made it ,and now to go beyond. Oh not without troubles... But lots of pleasure to be had at such a milestone.. I am hoping this is just one of three or four for this vehichle. As always learning as we go. Attachments:

man your lucky , I'm just under 3000 and i have had the following problems , bad regulator (upgraded from 6 coil stator 4pin regulator to 11 coil and 7 pin ) blew drive belt , broken muffler, a valve broke and destroyed the head and piston . I rebuilt the top of the engine . Boy at this rate I will be a scooter expert by 6000 clicks .

Hey john,
I have replaced several belts, a stator, Battery, three back tires, two coils, a plug or two, and 20 oil changes...Every thousand miles without a skip. Even replaced a mirror (dont ask why). Added Led's And a Led bar along the trunk. Ooohh did I mention I am on my third stock muffler, and presently looking for an alternative..Now I am looking for a muffler ,Air filter and new main jet...also looking at ways to hook up gas recirculating hose plus oil blowbuy to new Air system. I will find a way and post it .

Great job on the miles, way back in high school I bought a Sears AllState Compact for $35 dollars and brought it home in a bushel basket. I sold it a year later with 10,000 miles on the clock, when I bought it it had less that 500 miles. My Honda 150 Dream had 22,000 miles on it after 1 year but I did replace the entire engine after a rod bearing started knocking. Scooters are such fun, my new Honda Metro has a mere 650 miles and it's two months old. Guess when you get older there isn't as much time for fun and games. Keep her rolling and let us know when you break 30 K!

Yea Cruiser, I have been checkin all kinds of options with the mufflers and my wallet. But thanx to all who chimed in on O'l blu's succes and mine I guess. I will be posting future milestones for sure. The big old 50k is what I am shootin for.
