Well,I have some very very good news...It's fixed...Stupid me,stupid me...You know that fuse back on the starter relay,Well while working on the swingarm I decided to move it to underneth the set...What I did was use spade connectors & attached them to a wire, then slid them in to where the fuse is then ran the wires to a fuse holder under the seat...I did this to both scoots, but mine I have no problems with..so,I removed my idea & put the fuse back where it should be & bingo...I took it for a 6-7 mile ride & it runs great...So now I guess I will be removing my plastics to put that fuse back where it belongs....I would like to thank each & everyone of yous who helped me & i'm sorry to lead you on to something it wasn't..I am sorry & this site is a great way to get info on these scooters....Again thank you all...Bob

Moving the Fuse box somewhere where you can get to it is a good idea. Just as long as the wires allow you to do and are not being pulled. Alleyoop

Hey Bob when you get the plastic off you will see that the starter relay is long enough to move where you can replace that fuse from underneath without removing the plastics. I did on mine and just zip tied it secure and easy to reach. glad ya found it and for sure you got an education on this one! JR BTW don't be a stranger!

Not to change the subject but what started this problem was work on the swing arm bushings. I need to replace my swing arm bushings (motor mount bushings) on my 54B and wondered where to get replacements. I see the bushings available for 150’s but can’t find the 250’s. Any ideas?
Sorry would have started a new thread but it keep logging me out!
