thanks for the tricks guys!! it moved once on me in past then I been squeezing like a "mad man" and couldn't get it to work! Guy in video makes it look so easy lol! but yeah I will try ur guys tricks. I probably will replace clutch and figured might as well put new belt on. The variator I was going to leave stock but maybe put performance clutch on depending on $ difference?

Looks like springs I have on my YY250T-2/Bali 250 with the 244cc motor. I have three and have had to spray theme with WD40 2x in 4,000miles, to get my shuddering issue to stop. Im just going to buy whole new clutch as my bell housing is purpled and warped a little from , Im guessing the heat friction caused by the pad sticking? Ill post pics next time the CVT cover is off I just had it apart inspecting everything a couple weeks ago, wish i would of took pic then!

mine vibrated on my Bali I added some rubber o rings as washers no more vibrating! will probably look into a better shield later as it is a thin cheap shield! Would anybody have a link to site to get better replacement for the Honda Foresight clone MC-13-250/YY250T-2 aka Bali 250 lol I hate that my scoot as so many names got Jonway badge with Roketa and Jonways model numbers lol but aint had any good luck maybe cause the Foresight was never released in the US or Im not looking at right places can find the stock china replacement but want a nicer one like a Givi. The stock replacement for the helix dont look the same as body is different. found this not sure if it will work with the extension blocking ur hands too?? .moto24.org/givi-honda-foresight-250-97-08-specific-windshield.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">.moto24.org/givi-honda-foresight-250-97-08-specific-windshield.html

My 250 Bali shook on take off too! I saw three springs in clutch from the pads was rusted, used a little wd40 and smooth now! although it did slip a little from wd40 over spray but saw the damage is done as my clutch bell was purpled from the excessive heat so will be replacing the clutch soon and thinking I might as well do different weights sounds like sliders are better then the rollers not sure what weight I would want, not sure whats the stock but thats talk for another thread just saw I wasnt only one that had a shake/jerking at take off then smooth out once up to speed

could it be too much oil and a full blow by hose? friend told me a guy let his hose fill up and didnt drain it had too much oil and his air box was full of oil. just wandering theres a vent hole in bottom of my air box with another went hole in the top of CVT to keep it cool, I would think if the air filter box was full of oil it would leak into the CVT??? a thought?

Thanks for ur reply hopefully looking at the whole 500mile inspection he posted will help clear things up he had said there wasnt very much oil in his air filter blow by hose so he would skip draining it

yeah it comes off the top of air filter box. Was told it was a drain to keep oil from going into the air filter ( guess if u have too much oil in motor?) I never had any oil in my hose when i had it (before it fell off) now im pretty sure common sense tells me they had it closed so the hose would collect oil and not throw it all over scooter, I was just going to run a longer hose so any oil it collects would drain closer to the ground unless theres some other reason it was blocked off? all I know is from the Big Guy Rich's 500 mile cvt inspection it showed the Air Filter Blow-by hose
