Thank you. Sorry I could not reply. The site would not let me log on. Got it fixed now.

No I don;t see a spacer. But It was gone when I got the scooter. Where did you find the link? It might be in a brake assembly detail. Thank you Arthur

I have a 2007 Roketa Bali 150. I just started riding it a noticed a rattle coming from the back. I checked it out and the rotor was loose. So I tighten it up and went to take it for a ride and found the brake was dragging bad. After a closer look I found that the PO must have had it apart and lost the spacers that are located between the caliper mounting plate and the frame. This lets the inside pad rub really bad. I can;t find anything on what should be there. Anyone have any idea? I've stuck some washers in right now but would like to fix it right. I'm going to put on new pads next week. Thanks Arthur

I bought a scale and weighed them. I have 3 @ 13 & 3 @ 14. They measure 9/16 X 11/16. Where is the best place to order my new weights?(no scooter part store around here). Arthur

Yes. I would think it would not run right if the diaphragm is torn. Arthur

Thanks. I was afraid you would say that. I guess I'll go buy a scale. Arthur

I tore apart the VARIATOR on my 2007 Roketa bali 150 and cleaned it up. It was full of dust and grit. When I pull the weights out they had alot of knicks in them. I'm just going to replace them but I'm not sure of what size I have. I'm just going back with stock weights for now. Can anyone tell me how to find out what size I have? There is no marking on the weights. Thank you Arthur

Thanks. I understand how ot works but the (VARIATOR) is stuck in the closed position. I think I'll have to take it apart and clean it. The old belt was broken and had come apart and left dirt and debris all over the inside. thanks for the video. Arthur

Thanks for all the info. My front pully is closed and the back pully is all the way out. How do I get the front pully to open? I don't want to break anything. By the way great shot of the belt setup. Thanks Arthur

I bought this scooter from a man that said the only thing wrong was a broken belt. No big deal I can change a belt. When I took the scooter apart I found the belt was broken. I order a new one using the old belt for size and #. I checked it when it came in and it was the right belt as far as the #. I put it on and it is to small. So it is all the way in on the back pully so there is no way to stop it without killing the scooter. The belt I bought was a Gates 842-20-30. They sent a pl30708 which looks to be the same size. Anyone know what belt I should have? Sorry for the long post. Arthur
