I have a 2007 Roketa Bali 150. I just started riding it a noticed a rattle coming from the back. I checked it out and the rotor was loose. So I tighten it up and went to take it for a ride and found the brake was dragging bad. After a closer look I found that the PO must have had it apart and lost the spacers that are located between the caliper mounting plate and the frame. This lets the inside pad rub really bad. I can;t find anything on what should be there. Anyone have any idea? I've stuck some washers in right now but would like to fix it right. I'm going to put on new pads next week.

No I don;t see a spacer. But It was gone when I got the scooter. Where did you find the link? It might be in a brake assembly detail.
