I have a 2011 150 cc TaoTao paladin.

I bought this bike used and the headlight was not working when I bought it.

I have tried 2 bulbs in my headlamp and they keep blowing out. the 1st one after about 10 min of riding (had to ride it home in the dark with no headlight). the 2nd one was out when I started it up in the morning.

everything else works. the turn signals, brake lights, fuel indicator and battery indicator all work.

I think I need to trace the headlight wires to the power source, looking for bare wires, crimps or wires touching.

I know this is a long shot, but can anyone tell me what could be the problem

I will try the suggestions
