May be spark plug wire is coming separated from boot pull off plug trying screwing the boot in tighter and try again or unscrew boot cut back 1/4 of wire and screw it back on then see. It seems every time you pull wire to put in a plug it runs for a while plugs last longer that that.

I found on seat you need to go to start on key then go all the way to unlock them, mine unlocks. The problem with front wobble tire first speed balance rear I have 3 zodiacs out of 3 2 front tires were the problem out of round I replaced it from e bay 26.00 no problem now. Yesterday wife and I put on 150 miles each in smoky mnts our butts took the toll LOL

Thinking take it over to car put jumper cables to just starter and check rotation again.

I have see a bad cell cause things to go astray do you have a spare battery to try before spending any money? But yes voltage regulator could be the problem like JR says I'm just cheep so not to spend my money to easy LOL

My Zodiac very much the same my weight is 240 on level ground 66 mph as far as bolts and screws get blue lock tight and ever screw you can get to lock tight it. You will really enjoy you bike better after it. My buddy's Harley trike all his bolts are lock tight from factory but then he payed 35,000 for it lol
