I had a setup very similar to this. The crank only gives 3 more cc's, however you gain a lot more torque. You will need a spacer and a longer chain unless you have the piston head shaved. If you shave the piston then you will not need a spacer or a longer chain. The chain should be a 94 link when you use a spacer. The stock chain will not work as it will be too tight and snap with the extra torque. You should need a 4mm spacer. You will have a lower compression ratio but the chain will not snap.

I bought the Gy6 200 from scrappy, yes I know it is not a true 200. That isnt the concern. This engine is for rear drum brake systems which is not stated. I have a 12" rear disc rim. The hub on the rim is of a smaller diameter than the hub on the engine casing. If the hub has a flat surface to ride on ( I can grind smoothly the area) is this ok or does it HAVE to seat in the circular ridge. What can i do to make this work without buying a drum brake rim. I do not want drum brakes nor do i wish to switch out the hardware to do so.
