Hi. I plan on upgrading my taotao 150cc scooter for more speed. Here's my setup I plan on using, ncy 61mm head and cylinder, 115 main jet to start with, proformance exhaust, 115 Koso variator and I want to add a bigger Crank. But do i need the spacer that comes with the new crankshaft? And how many more cc's will this bigger Crank give me? Thanks.

I had a setup very similar to this. The crank only gives 3 more cc's, however you gain a lot more torque. You will need a spacer and a longer chain unless you have the piston head shaved. If you shave the piston then you will not need a spacer or a longer chain. The chain should be a 94 link when you use a spacer. The stock chain will not work as it will be too tight and snap with the extra torque. You should need a 4mm spacer. You will have a lower compression ratio but the chain will not snap.
