No,I don't see anymore water on plug. And yes, it turns over freely with plug out.

Yes, it was upside down and the entire bundle of wires were soaked to the bone. Inside connections and outside: melting smoldering wires whenever I got to it. I had to sit down and virtually rrewire totally.
The cdi is ac fired.

Hello folks, still cant get the s9 cranked, but I did notice a peculiar humming resonating from the cdi unit. Could this be why its not starting as well?

having a 2005 kymco super 9 I've had many issues with it not on manufacturers part, but prev owner problems.1 day after I drove in from school to the job site starting to go home was able to start but when I got up to about three to four thousand RPM's to about three to four thousand rpm, it bogged all the way out and died. kept doing this job doing this it's time having to fiddle with it get it Idle. remove the spark plug I noticed water droplets on the plug turn it over with the plug out of it starts squirting water and antifreeze from the cylinder. so I replace the head gasket put it back together and now it seems so hard to start its not even geTing it turned over. it is absolutely sounds like its just got so much compression electric starter seems strained to get it to turnover. I'm still not drinking the kickstart seems easy to start but still won't get it cranked. brand new battery it still seems very very difficult. when I took the spark plug out and the plug against the head it seems as tho the spark is fine. also when I'm trying to crank it seems that way to backfire and almost like it's out of time but it is a 2 stroke. I have exhausted my resources don't know what else to do. Somebody please help

Yes it is 2stroke, but I dont think its seizing up from lack of oil. It smokes like a broke down muffler when ive got it idling. And the spark plug shows it. Its like it will start to rev, then hit right around 3500 or 4000 rpm then booooog down and die if I dont feather out the throttle and super baby it back to idle. Ill see bout shooting a video and posting it today. Thank u for Ur help. All and any is much appreciated.

Ya, I dunno whats going on. My kymco super 9 lc was victim to vicious windstorm resulting with it being knocked over a 6x6 and the bottom turned upside in the rain. Whenever I got to it, it was smoking gun, and melted many wires shorting out. So i got the repair manual, rewired it, and got it running again. It would run great for a short distance, then drop out in a stall. Such as wide open then wooomp its done. I feather the gas and it fires again, then out, then fires a few seconds, then out. I have tried adjusting carb, tried modifying the airbox w/ portholes, then sealing them off. Nothing. Then yesterday, it makes it to the job fine but after it warms up and i start to leave, it hits a point and then dies out. sitting still. It cant even rev up enough to engage the clutch. Cant seem to get it right but did replace head gasket but no help yet.
In dire need of some help, if anybody is out there that knows anything!!!!!!
