I think it does, this bike was stolen recovered and has no electrical stuff like lights/indicators ect.. Also appears to be hot-wired, with a 2-way split wire coming from the left handlebar, 1 side connected to a green wire other side connected to a black/white wire.

Note: The red and the black wire what the ignition barrel is connected to are disconnected by the way.

This could be the problem from the start, but i just assumed they had it running with this setup originally.

Yes i tried another spark plug from a working bike.  Still no spark.

Right there is 2 wires coming from left handlebar, 1 side connects to where the ignition switch plugs into which is a green wire, the red wire and the black wire from where the ignition plugs into are currently disconnected, and are not connected to nothing.  The other wire coming from the left handlebar connects to a black and white wire, think this might connect to the CDI unit?  but i'm not sure.  Thanks.

red/black wire reading is 0.  Need a new R/R?

If yes, can u still tell me about the wiring, with the ignition.  Thanks.
