Hi Alley, The only thing that's different is the one bolt hole is cut out if that doesn't matter then it should be good, I repaired my intake again, but it still takes a little long to start then I like. Maybe this new intake will make a difference

I probably put it back together wrong, but soon I'm getting front tire, so I'll watch how I put it back together the right way, thanks guy's

robert1c, as I watch that video, I notice that the belt in the clutch is in the wrong position, at idle belt should be be fully extended to the end of clutch pulley, the clutch looks like its already open at idle.

fflintstone, haven't heard from you in a long time hope all things are well with you. Good to see you still have the mc-54-250b like mine I got over 13,000 mile on mine. Just bought all new panel for mine. A winter project

I believe those wires come from the starter relay to back of ignition coil. Attachments:

The time I had trouble with my clutch (I couldn't squeeze to get belt off) after getting it off, I take it apart, even pulley too, cleaned and sanded clutch pads and greased pulley area

Would it affect the speedo gear? I'll have to take a ride and see if there is any difference since took air down to 33lbs a tire.

Alley, I notice when changing oil today that both tires were over inflated about 7lbs each they were 41 lbs each. I think that speedo gear only goes in one way.

I agree too. That happened to me, every time the scoot stop, it would stall, (because clutch was still engaged) replaced main clutch spring, problem solved
