I narrowed the noise down to the kick starter. It does not start with the kick starter. Here is the video that support my hypotenuse.

The noise started after I cranked it, I thought it was to over fill it. The manual states to add the amount of 0.11L
I will add more gear oil..

I did add fuel and when I cranked it I can here that squealing sound. How much gear oil does this motors take? I added six ounces.

I had it delivered from a dealer in Georgia, Valley Scooter. This just came from China a 2013 model. I will check the fan, I do recall some air coming from the bottom.

I just got it 3 days ago. I changed the fluids and started the scooter. Thus the sound you here. I heard I should use the kick starter instead of the electric start. As I cranked the starter I can hear the noise. this is my first scooter Where can I find the fan? and the starter?

I just got the scooter and I checked all wire and tightened all screws. Changed oil and transmission. It has a weird sound coming from the transmission, rough idle. Can anyone identify what may be happening?

Thanks for the support, John had me a little scared there.. I thought I made a mistake with this type of scooter. I will certainly do a full inspection (PDI) I was also advised to change the oil and transmission before running it. The fluids that it comes with are really not up to standards.

Greetings from Jupiter Fl!!  I'm a first time scooter owner. I just ordered a Znen scooter (motorino Cassini model ZN150T-18 engine BN157QMJ-3) I have not received it yet, coming from Valley Scooters. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I heard this is a good scooter coming out of China, we'll see. I have some mechanical experience but not in this field. Anyways if you guys have any advice I would greatly appreciate it. God Bless |
