One thing I forgot to mention, I was told by John at valley scooter to drill a hole on the gas cap. Do you think the is too small. I will post a pick when I get home. They had me do this because of pressure build up??

When the engine is hot it shuts down, it starts to bog down. It usually happens after I have ran it at constant high speeds. There is a hard smell of gasoline. I wanted to adjust the air fuel but it has a cover where I can't adjust the fuel. Does it regulate the air fuel automatically?

You guys are completely right. I'm gonna have to be more hands on. The bike was only in the shop over night. They charged me for labor.

True i should have tested right their but i was told not to use it. I was also afraid that if it broke again they would have charged me more!

I took it to a scooter shop and 200 hundred dollars later he fixed it. He recommended i not use the kick starter. he stated is was assembled wrong. At least its not making any squealing noise. I find it weird i wont be able to use the kick starter when it was designed to be used. maybe he didn't fix it.

the picture is clear cut where the screw is, but on the video you dont see a screw. Is that a cap im supposed to remove? if so how? Right when I start the video that matches the picture you posted. by the way how did you post an image?

The scooter runs for a couple miles then shuts off, there's a strong smell of gasoline. It only starts back up once it cools down. I proceeded to adjust the idle to 2000 RPMs next i looked for the air\fuel adjustor but where it supposed to be there is no screw to adjust. I have a photo but it wont let me upload, so here is a video.

I appreciate all the input given and vote of confidence guys. I started to open the CVT but could not remove the cover, it seems something is holding it back. I can t even put it back now. I found a local scooter shop, I'm going to let them handle this. I will let you know how it goes. Thank you again for the help.

I think this would be considered a manufacturing defect. Is it worth going after them to have them fix it?
