I got the front brake to build more so than the rear, but I do have some braking on the rear.

Finished my brake bleed them several times, they seem to work fine, but do they ever get as firm as the front brake handle is???

Seems a bit odd that richardthescooter3 has the same issue with the rear brake pressure and feel as I do with mine. The front has a whole lot more pressure build than the rear, and the brake handle does not compress as much to the handle bar on the front as it does on the rear.

Got my pa sticker today:D came home friday and still not happy about my rear brake pressure so I did what JR did (IT WORKS!!!!) I left the cover off of the fluid reservoir and slowly worked the handle sure enough here comes the bubbles, a had big bubbles, my process took a little over two hours, after that brakes were getting harder, put cover back on worked them faster and refilled, good to go. I think what is happening is the back pressure is what bring the bubbles out. (THANKS JR) ;D

grbell1834 did you skip the "ABS" when you ran it this time? Or did you run it on through regular? I am having lots of trouble with my cheap romeo 150!

Two contributions:
I've been told (when I asked about unequal pressure/play on the brake levers) that the pseudo-ABS thing can affect the amount of pressure/resistance on front vs. rear brakes, and if it really annoys me one could in fact bypass the ABS gizmo entirely. (I didn't bother, wasn't that much of an issue.)
A couple different times I've seen a how-to sheet or video posted here where one refills the brake fluid from the bottom, using a sort of turkey baster approach that pretty much eliminates the possibility of air in the lines or cylinders. Can't provide a link, don't remember where it was, but if you do some searching you can probably find it. Seemed like a really cool idea that I'll definitely try when the day comes.
