Greetings all, I am sure some of you know me from other scooter boards.

I live in NE Ohio near Akron, where the tires used to be made and was the capital of West Virginia.

My scooter is a 250cc SunL that is great fun on the road and in the garage. The older it gets the less often my wife has to rescue me from the roadside with the car, trailer, ramp, and straps. I've had it for two riding seasons and put 8000 miles on it. The modifications are functional but they are beginning to give a rat scooter image.

I belong to a scooter club.

We have mostly 250cc and up scooters and the rides can get fast and lengthy at times but in general we avoid the Interstates and we enjoy smaller scoots and slower rides as well. Guests are welcome.

Great nulldevice! Sounds almost like my 250's. The old 250B has 10k on her now and still runs good. I've never been to the Akron area but years ago I passed through Ohio and remember it was a beautiful state.

So glad you're here and great to belong to a club. Please don't forget to post the club in the College Events area so all can view.

We've just really got started and are less than 1 year old but already got a lot of good folks like yourself and always nice to have another 250 rider.
